Research has repeatedly shown that exercise and nature have a compound effect in the body that leads to many health benefits.
Although exercise is not a replacement for therapy, it has shown to help outcomes significantly! So, why not combine both nature, movement and psychology?

What is Walk and Talk Therapy?
Psychotherapy has been described as a dance, “a synchronicity of the mind and body that occurs between therapist and client” (Schore, 2014, p. 388).
Walk and Talk Therapy is combining movement, nature and psychology. This combination has multifaceted benefits for the mind, body and the connection of these two.

Individual Therapy
If you’re looking for Individual Therapy sessions with a Psychologist who will be present, compassionate and that cares, then you’ve come to the right place. I guide my clients every step of the way and implement various methods to help them develop new attitudes towards all of life’s most complex matters.
It is important to note, that research examining the outcomes of therapy and success of therapy have found again and again, that the therapeutic connection and alliance is more important than the type of therapy or techniques used.
